My name is Colby Geil. I am an environmental professional by day, now part time baker by night. I use my powers for good, only making and selling items that can pass my toughest critic, myself!

I set a very high standard for what I sell and constantly strive for improvement. Hopefully you’ll be able to see and taste that for yourself. I love the challenge of learning a new skill and using that to make new and better bakes.

I look forward to being able to personally hand over items that I poured love and effort into and see the happiness it brings people.
